Healthy (and delicious) Deviled Eggs

My daily breakfast consists of this delicious recipe, healthy deviled eggs. Hope you like it!

  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Mustard
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Paprika
  • Sweet Gherkins

Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop the yoke into a bowl. Mix it up with a spoon so that they aren’t just the whole half circles of yoke. Squirt about a 1/2 tablespoon of mustard and mix thoroughly. Mix in a cap full of apple cider vinegar. Chop up a couple mini gherkins and mix that in as well. Scoop the mixture into the egg whites, chop up another gherkins and garnish the tops finishing them off with a sprinkle of paprika.

This recipe could be considered clean as long as the pickles you use don’t have added sugar or salt. Using the little amount that you are, it is still considered a healthy way of making deviled eggs. The mustard and vinegar can be increased or decreased based on your own personal preference and if you prefer, you can omit the pickles as well.

If you have another healthy deviled eggs recipe, I’d love for you to share it in the comments. I personally am not a big egg fan but making them this way, I could eat my weight in them!
