Summer is the perfect season for a good salad and who doesn’t love pasta?! I’m sharing one my daughter’s favorite pasta salad recipes and feel free to modify it to you’re liking.
- Tri-color pasta
- Italian dressing
- Green pepper
- Green olives
Again, these are the ingredients my daughter prefers but there is so much that you could add to this to make it taste just how you’d like!
First step is to cook your noodles and drain them. While they are cooking, you can chop up the vegetables and get those prepared for once the noodles have been drained and rinsed.
Now for the fun part, mix in your ingredients so that they are well blended.
Add in your Italian dressing. The amount depends on personal preference as well. Some prefer more dressing and others prefer less. Start with less because you can always add more.
Once you’ve gotten it all mixed up, put it in a covered container and let it chill in the fridge for a good half hour or more before serving. Once chilled, you can then top it with cheese, bacon bits, croutons, or eat it just the way it is.
